About Sumitomo:
Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products, Inc., founded
in 1985 as a sales and marketing company, originally formed to
sell products manufactured and distributed by Sumitomo Electric
Industries, Ltd in Japan. Sumitomo is now a wholly owned subsidiary
of Sumitomo Electric Fine Polymer, also located in Japan. The
first US manufacturing site built was in 1996 in San Marcos, CA.
The company serves customers in many fields providing high quality
shrinkable products, and continues to improve its customer service,
engineering and production skills the longer it remains successful.
